Shipping costs within Germany

For shipping within the Federal Republic of Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.95 per order.

Shipping costs for other countries

For shipping, we charge a flat rate of €11.95 per order. 
The flat shipping rate for Switzerland is also €11.95 (net €10.04).

Please note that for orders with a delivery country outside the EU, as well as for returns from these countries, any additional costs incurred such as customs duties, processing fees, and taxes must be borne by the buyer. Please inform yourself about this at your local customs office before placing an order.

For deliveries to Norway and Switzerland, the purchase value is limited to EUR 1,000 net.

How long does delivery take?

In Germany, Lanius ships items in stock to your specified delivery address within 1-5 working days of receipt of payment via the shipping company DHL GoGreen. Please note that a bank transfer to our account for advance payment can take 3 - 4 working days, depending on the banking institution. If a weekend falls within this period, the time frame is extended accordingly.

For shipments of available items within Europe, the delivery time increases to up to 14 working days, depending on the destination.

As soon as the shipment information has been transferred to DHL GoGreen, you will receive a shipping notification via email that includes a link for shipment tracking. You can use the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order at any time. Please note that the shipment information is transmitted before pickup by DHL and is equivalent to a pickup order. The onward transport requested by this process takes place as soon as possible on the same day, or within two working days at the latest.

Shipping options

Goods from the LANIUS online shop are sent as an insured package with DHL GoGreen. We also ship to Packstations.

During the checkout process, you have the option to specify a different delivery address or a Packstation. To do this, click on the link "Add a different delivery address or DHL Packstation" and select the option "DHL Packstation" from the dropdown menu to enter the corresponding data.

You have the option of selecting an already used box as a packaging option for the sake of the environment.

To which countries does the LANIUS online shop deliver?

Orders in the LANIUS online shop can be delivered to Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, and all EU countries.

Please note that for orders with a delivery country outside the EU, any additional costs incurred such as customs duties and taxes must be borne by the buyer.

Does LANIUS refund VAT on subsequent export of goods?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to retrospectively refund VAT for goods that were ordered within Germany and subsequently exported out of the EU.
