Organizer 

The organizer of the sweepstakes is LANIUS GmbH, Rolandstr. 63, 50677 Cologne, Germany. 

Participation in the sweepstakes is subject exclusively to the following conditions. By participating in the sweepstakes, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

Prize 

Three promotional vouchers for the LANIUS online shop, each worth €200, will be raffled off. A maximum of one promotional voucher can be won per person. 

The promotional vouchers are issued exclusively in connection with this sweepstakes and can be redeemed in the LANIUS online shop until January 31, 2027, inclusive. Redemption is not possible after this date. 

Cash payment or interest on the voucher value is excluded. The promotional vouchers cannot be combined with other voucher or discount codes. 

The promotional vouchers are intended exclusively for this campaign and are not regular gift vouchers that can be purchased. 

Participation 

Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge. It requires providing a valid email address and accepting these terms and conditions. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. 

Eligible for participation are exclusively persons who register for the LANIUS newsletter for the first time between October 1, 2026, and November 30, 2026, inclusive, and verify their registration via the confirmation link sent to them (double opt-in). 

Existing newsletter subscriptions do not qualify for participation. Also ineligible are persons whose newsletter subscription existed or was terminated within the twelve months prior to the start of the campaign period. 

You may revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time with effect for the future. A revocation after participating does not affect your participation in the sweepstakes or—following notification of winning—any prize claim that has already arisen. 

Eligibility 

Eligible to participate are individuals who are at least 18 years of age and provide a valid email address. 

Exclusion of participants

Participation is only possible in one's own name. In the event of multiple entries, false information, or attempted manipulation, exclusion from the sweepstakes may occur. 

Employees of LANIUS GmbH and Claudia Lanius GmbH are excluded from participation. 

Closing date 

Participation is possible until November 30, 2026, inclusive. The decisive factor is the electronically logged time of receipt of the complete registration confirmed via double opt-in. 

Raffle 

The three winners will be determined by a random draw among all eligible participants. The drawing will take place on December 2, 2026. 

The winners will be notified by email at the address provided during registration no later than December 5, 2026. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided. 

Terms and Conditions for Promotional Vouchers 

The following terms and conditions apply to the promotional vouchers issued as part of this giveaway: 

Each promotional voucher has a value of €200. 

The promotional voucher can be redeemed exclusively in the LANIUS online shop. 

The promotional voucher is valid until January 31, 2027, inclusive. The promotional voucher expires after this date. 

Cash payment of the voucher value or any remaining balance is excluded. 

The promotional voucher cannot be combined with other voucher or discount codes. 

Otherwise, the statutory rights, in particular in the event of defects, apply to items ordered with the promotional voucher. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms and conditions of participation. 

Liability 

Claims for damages by participants are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as claims based on the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and liability for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by LANIUS. 

Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to enable the proper execution of the legal relationship and on whose compliance the participants may regularly rely. 

In the event of a simply negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, LANIUS's liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. This does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. 

The aforementioned limitations of liability apply accordingly in favor of the legal representatives and vicarious agents of LANIUS. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected. 

Miscellaneous 

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. 

LANIUS GmbH reserves the right to suspend or terminate the giveaway in whole or in part for important reasons, in particular if circumstances arise that impair or make the proper conduct of the giveaway impossible. 

Legal Recourse 

Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law. 

Additional Data Protection Information 

Personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be processed for the purpose of conducting and processing the giveaway. It will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the conduct of the giveaway and there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary. 

The data collected as part of the newsletter registration will be processed for sending the LANIUS newsletter. We use your email address to send you information about our collections, products, promotions, and offers. 

You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time with effect for the future. You will find an unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter.
