Payment

Prepayment / Bank Transfer

If you select prepayment as your payment method, you will receive an email with all relevant payment information for your transfer after completing your order, which you can execute via online banking or at your bank. Please use only the identification number as the payment reference.

Please transfer the entire invoice amount to the account specified in the payment information within 7 days of completing your order. If the amount is not received in our account within 14 days, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.

Depending on the bank, a transfer can take 1 - 3 business days; if a weekend or public holiday falls in between, the duration will be extended accordingly. We ask you to consider this.

Sofortüberweisung (Instant Transfer)

If you select Sofortüberweisung as your payment method, you will be redirected to the Sofortüberweisung input form after completing your order. To complete the payment, you will need your BIC/IBAN and your login data for your online banking. A verification via TAN is also required.

Upon completion of the payment, we are revocably authorized to collect the invoice amount from your specified account. Should the amount not be honored due to insufficient account balance or incorrect bank details, or should you dispute the debit despite not being authorized to do so and you are responsible for this, you shall bear the costs and fees of the chargeback.

PayPal

If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected after completing your order and pay the invoice amount via the online payment provider PayPal. To do this, you must have a PayPal account or register with PayPal. After logging in, you can make the payment quickly and securely according to PayPal's terms and conditions. PayPal Express

If you select PayPal Express as your payment method, you will be redirected before completing your order and pay the invoice amount via the online payment provider PayPal. Entering the billing and delivery address is not necessary as this information is taken directly from your PayPal account. To do this, you must have a PayPal account or register with PayPal. Credit and Debit Card

If you select credit or debit card as your payment method, you will be redirected via a secure connection to the input mask of our payment provider Mollie B.V. (Stichting Mollie Payments) after completing your order. There you enter the relevant credit card information. Your credit card account will be debited immediately after the payment process is completed. All entries and verifications are carried out and stored by the payment provider. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
